Each year the Charleston Symphony Orchestra League, Inc. showcases some of the most stunning and exclusive island homes in the Lowcountry. This year is the 25th anniversary of the tour, and the homes on view on Kiawah Island will be no exception. We are pleased to welcome Freshfields Village as our valued partner in this very special event.

New this year, in honor of our anniversary, we are hosting a Silver Jubilee Celebration at the Kiawah Sandcastle on Friday, November 4, 5 – 7 p.m. There will be live music, refreshments and light bites for your enjoyment. Wine will be provided by FortyEight Wine Bar & Kitchen. Tickets are $35 each and are available through the link at the bottom of the page.

On Saturday, November 5, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. guests are invited to tour magnificent island homes. After the Tour at 5 p.m., the Charleston Symphony will be performing a free concert at the West Beach Conference Center, courtesy of the Town of Kiawah Island Arts and Cultural Events Council. Advance tour tickets are available online through November 4 at $65.

Advance tickets will also be available at Indigo Books in Freshfields Village October 1 – November 4.

A special $50 discounted ticket price for CSOL Members is available through October 10.

Day-of-event tickets are available for $70 on Freshfields Village Green.

We are pleased to offer two unique ticket opportunities this year:

  • Friend of the Symphony: $150 including 2-Tour tickets
  • Silver Jubilee Patron: $250, including 2-Tour tickets and 2-Friday night Silver Jubilee Celebration tickets.

Friends and Silver Jubilee Patrons will be recognized in the Tour program if tickets are purchased by October 19.

 

Symphony Tour of Island Homes Event Schedule:

  • November 3 – 4, 10 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Ticket Exchange is open at the Freshfields Village kiosk and the Kiawah Island Municipal Center on Betsy Kerrison Parkway to receive wristbands and programs
  • November 4, 5 – 7 p.m. Silver Jubilee Celebration, Kiawah Island Sandcastle
  • November 5, 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Ticket Exchange is open on Freshfields Village Green (in front of Java Java)
  • November 5, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Homes are open to guests, who tour at their leisure
  • November 5 Participating Freshfields retailers are open for a Sip n’ Shop to benefit the CSO and CSOL Music Scholarships
  • November 5, 5 p.m. Free Charleston Symphony concert at the West Beach Conference Center, courtesy of the Town of Kiawah Island Arts and Cultural Events Council (separate free tickets below)

 

Proceeds from the tour will be used to support the Charleston Symphony and to provide scholarships for student and professional musicians throughout the Lowcountry.

The CSOL works with the local health organizations, the Town of Kiawah Island and the Kiawah Island Community Association to ensure a safe environment for all involved: homeowners, tour guests, volunteers and musicians.
