Welcome to the wonderful world of Reveling! The Revels program is the ingenious method of combining food, laughter and camaraderie with a unique activity/event while raising significant money for the Symphony. What better way to contribute throughout the season while financially supporting the arts?

Events and parties are organized at the beginning of the season by a Revels committee, and then published in a booklet that is mailed out to everyone in the League. It is always eagerly anticipated to see what is planned for the party season ahead! Each event is limited, so reservations are accepted in the order in which they are received.

Every event is generously hosted by supportive companies in the community and individual patrons in the League, which allows your full ticket price to go toward the League’s donation schedule. It may provide for a scholarship for a talented youngster to continue their lessons, or contribute to a musician’s salary, or pay for the music that the Orchestra performs so beautifully each concert. In essence, it is your support in attending Revels events that enable the music to continue to resound in the halls, auditoriums and churches throughout Charleston.

There is plenty of opportunity for anyone to participate on a committee or hosting an idea you may have. It is a great way to meet new friends, and use your skills to help the Symphony – in organization, cooking, computer skills, decorating, or networking to contact businesses and individuals.
